Under and purs~ant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County DO
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTI4N l. The hereinafter described area si.tuate in the County o~r
Butte, State o~ Califarn~a, shal]. be and it is izereby zoned as a~'M-1 ('Fimber
Mountain - 1 acre parcels} District, and such area shall be subject ta the
restr~.ctions and restricted uses and ~e~ulations pursuant to Butte County ~ode
Section 24-165.
Said area so ~aned being 3.ocated in the unincorpoxa~.ed area of Butte
I Caunty, Oroville, more particularly described as follaws:
