OF CALIFQRNYA, AN AR-1 EAG~tICULT~JRAL RESTDENTIAL} DIST~XCT,
PURSLT.AN'T TO CHAPTER 2~+-29.
The Board o~ Supervisors a£ the County of ~~tte, State ofr Cala.forn~a,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of th.e Butte County Gode of said County DO
ORDAIN as foll.ows:
~ECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County o~r

Butte, Stata of Ca'lifornia, shall be and i.t ~s hereby zoned as an AR-~. lAgri-
~ultural Resadential - 1 acre parce~.s} District, and such area sha11 be subject
to the restrictians and restricted uses and regtzlations pursuant to Sutte Caunty
Code Sec. 2G-$7.2.
Said area sa zoned being lo~ated in the uni.ncorporated area o~ $utte
County, Orovzlle, more particularly desc~ibed as ~ollows:
Al1 of F~ot 4 of that parcel map of record in Map Book 86 on
pag~ 33 on file in ~he office o~ ~he Butte County Recorder.
Containing 5.83, more ar less, Oroville.
SECTION 2. 'Fhis Ordinance shall be and it is hereby daciared to be in
f~ull force and eff~ct from and after thirty (30) days after the date of i~s
passage, and before the expiration of fi~teen (15) days a~ter its passage, this
Ordinance shal~ be published once with the names of the membe~rs of the Boa~d of
Supervisors voting f~or and against zt in the Oxova.~.le Mercury, a newspapar
published in the County vf Butte, State of California.
