'~he Board of Superviso~s of the County of Butte, State of California,
and pursuant to Chapter ~4-29 of the Sutte County Code of said County,
ORDAIN, as follows:
SEC'~~O~l l. The hereinafter described area situated in the County of
~e, State of California, shall. be and it is h~reby zoned as an R-1 (Single
~ar~ily Resi.dential) District, and such area sha~l be subject to the res~r~.ctions
and restricted uses and regul.ati.ons pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-132.
Said area sa zoned being lacated in the unincorporated area of Butte
ounty, Chico, more particularly described as follows:

passage, and before the axpiration of fi~rteen (15) days aftar its passage, this
Ordinanca sha~.1. be pul~lishad once with the names o~r the members of the Board o~r
Supervisors voting for and against at in the Chico Enterprise Record, a newspape
