The Board of Supervisors o~r the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Chapter 2,4-29 Qf the Bu~.te County Cade of said County DO

SEC'PION.1. The hereinafter described area situated in the County of
Butte, Sta~.~ of California, sha11 be and a.t is hereby zoned as an S-R (Suburban
Resi.dential} District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions,
restricted uses, and regulations pursuant to ~ut~e County Coda Sectian 24-159.
Said area so zaned being located in the un~ncorporated area of Butte
County, Chica, more particu3.ariy d.escra.bed as fol.lows:

of California, descri.bed as follows:
A por~ion of Lnt 2, as shawn an that certain map entit~.ed, "Map o~
the Third Subdivision ot the 3ohn Bidwell Rancho, neaz Chico, Butte

24 owned in common. The developer shall assume responsibility ~or the ~.nsald.
