The Board of Supervi.~sors of the Co~nty of But~.~, State o~r Ca].ifornia,
unde~ and pursuant ta C1-r~pter 24-29 af the Butte County Code of said County, ~0
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTI0~1 l. The hereinafter describad area sz~uate in the Co~zzty of
Butte, 5tate of California, sha~.l be and it is h~reby zoned as an R-3 (Residentia]~)
Dis~rict, and such a~ea sha11 be subject to the restricti.ons and restricted uses
and. regulations pursuant to Sutte County Code Sec. 24-130.
Said area so zon~d being laca~ed in the unincorporatad area o~ Butte
ICounty, Chico, more particularly describett as fo~.lows:
A partion of the Bidwell 5e~ond Suhdivision 9.n T22N, RiE mo~e
par~icularly described as:
AIi of Lo~s 3Z, 31, 30, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 of the Costar`s
Subdivision per that map of record in Map Book 2 Page 175 vn file
in the office o~ the Butte Coun~y Recorder excepting ~herefrom the
fol~owing described piece:
Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 2 o~r the Costar's Subdivision
per that map ot record in Map Book 2 Page ].75 an file in the
office af the Butta County Recorder, thence southeastarly 89.44

Ordinance sha17. be published once with the names of the members of t~e Board of
S~pervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise Record, a newspaper
puhlished in the County o~ Butte, State of California.
