This Board a~ Supervisors of the County of ~utte, State o~ Califo~nia,
under and puxsuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Cade of said County DO
ORDAIN as ~ollows:
SEC'~ION l. The hereinaf~er described area situa~e in the County of
Butte, State of Cali~ornia, shall be and it is hereby' zoned as an ~'R-2 (Fooha.].1
Recreational - 2 acre parece~.s} District, and such area shall be subject to the
restri.ctions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Bu~.te County Code
Section 24-112.
