PiTRSUAN'~ ~0 CHAPTER 24-29.
The $oard a~r S~pervisors o~ the Cot~nty of Bt~tte, State o~ California,
under and pursuant to Chaptar 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County DO
ORDA~N as fo~lows:
S~CTION I. `The hareinafter described area sitt~ate in the County of
Bu~te, State of California, shall be and i~ is hereby zoned as an SR-5 (5uburban
Residentia~. - 5 acxe parcels) Dist~ict, and such area sha1.~ be subject to the
restrictions and restrictad uses and regulations pu~suant to Bu~.te Cou~ty Code
ISec~ion 24-I64.
Said area sa zoned being lo~ated in tha unincarporated area of But~~..
Caunty, Chico, more particular~.y described as ~ollows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 as shawn on that certain Paxcel Map in Map
Book 94 pn Pages 27 and 28 an file in the offi.ce of the Butta County
Reca~der. Containing 107.67 acres more or less no~tl~ o~ Chico.
SECTIOi~ 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby.declared to be
in full fo~ce and effect f:rom and after thirty (30) days a~ter tha da~e of its
passage, and l~efore the expiration o~ fifteen (15) days a~ter its passage, this
Ordinance shail be published once with the na~nes of the members of the Boar~_..of
Supervisors vo~i.ng for and against it in the Chico Enterprise R~cord, a newspape
published in the County of Butte, State of Ca].ifornia.
