The Board af Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the ~utte County Coun~.y Coda of sai.d
Coun~.y, DO ORDAIi3, as follows :
SEC'~ION ~. The hereinafter described area situa~.e in the Coun~.y af
Bu~te, State of Ca3.ifarnia, shal~ be and it is her~by zoned as an M-2 (Heavy
Industrial) DS.strict, and suth area sha~l. be subject to the xestrictions and
restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Caunty Code Sec~ion 24-117.
Said area so zaned being loca~.ed in the unincorporated area of Butte
Caunty, Gridley, moxe particularly described as follows:
The S 1/2 of tha S~ 1/4 0~ SECtion 1, T17N R2E MDB&M, more
particu].ar1y dascribed as:
Beginning at ~he SE corner of Lo~ 32 Grid].ey Calony No. 4 oxi file
in the office o~r the Bt~tt~ County Recorder, thence N on the E
].a.ne o~r said Lot 32 to its intexsection w~.th the N zight-of-way
iine of West I~iberty Road, th~nce E along the ~ right-af-way line
to its intersection wi.th the E right-o~-way of Morrison Slough
said point being the point of beginning; thence nartherly along
