The Board of Supervisars of the Coun~y of Butte, Sta~e of California,
does ordaa.n as follows:
Sec~a.on 1: Said Board finds and. de~e~'mines that upon ~he basis of an
e~ngineering and tz`a~~ic survey, the Butte County highway here~.naftc~r described
comes wi~hin the provisions of Section 22358 of the VeI~icle Code of the State
of Ca~.i~ornia, in ~hat a speed 1imi~ of fifty-five (55} miles per hour a.s more
than is reasanable and.sa~e on said highway and determines and declares a prima
facie speed ~.im~.~ on such Butte County highway as fol.lows:
That a prima fac~.e speed limit of ~wenty-five (25) mi~es per hour is
hereby de~e~'mined, declared and established and ~hat SPEED LIMI~ 25 M~LES signs
be placed at appropria~e ~ocat~ons on the hereinafter-descrzbed County highway
