SECT~0~3 1. The hereinaftar described area situate in the County of
Butte, S~.ata of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an k~-1 (Resi-
dentialj District, and such area shaZl be subject to the ~estrictions anct
restric~ed uses and regulations pursuant to $utte County Code Sec. 24-~30.
Said area so zoned being located ~.n the unincazporated area of Butte
