The Board of Supervisors of the County of Bu~te, Sta~e of California,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24--29 of the Bu~.te County Code of said County DO
ORDAIN as follows:
S~CTTON 1. Th.e hereinafter described area si~uate in the County of
Butte, State of Ca~ifornia, sha11 be and it is hereby zanad as an AR-1 (Agri-
cultural Residential -~. acre parcels) District, and such area sha11 be subject
to ~he restric~i.ons and res~.ricted uses and regul.ations pursuant to Butte County
Cade Secton 24-87.2.
Said area so zoned be~ng ~ocated in the unincorpo~atad area af Butte
County, Chico, ~nore part~cular~y descrit~~d as follows:
