~ SECTION.1. 'Fhe hereinafter described area si~uate in the County o~
~j ~utte, State of Califoxnia, sha~1. be and it is hereby zoned as an R-1 (Resi_,
g dent~.aJ.) District, and such area shalx be subject to the rastrictions and
~ restricted uses and xeguZa~ions pursuant ta Butte County Code Sec. 24-1.30.
