AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21. OF THE
BUTTE CQUNTY CODE BY ADDING THERETO SECTIONS
21.-3..1. AND 21-1.2 RELATIVE TO TAXATiON
The Board o~ Supervisors o~ the Coun~y of Butte, State a~
California, DD ORDA~N, as ~ollows:
Section 1, That Chap~er 2~ af ~he But~e Coun~y Code is hereby
~ended by addxng thereto Sect~.on 21-1.1 ~o read as ~ollows:
§2~.-].. ].. Payment Q~ DE~..1ILCili2IIt Secured Property Taxes.
Persans e~.ec~xng to pay de].inquer~t secured
property taxes in insta~.lments shall pay a processing fee o~
$35.00 to -~he tax col.lee~or at ~he time the xns~allm~nt redempti.on
plan xs requ~s-~ed.
Sec~ion 2. That Chap~er 2~. o~ the Butte Co~n~y Code zs hereby
amanded by adding thereto Section 21-1..2 to read as ~ollows:
§21-1.2. Separate va3.ua~ion_ o~arcels.
A party of interest may, upon app~.~ca~ion to ~he
~ax collector and payment of $75.00, have any parcel separately
value on ~he current roll ~or the purpose o~ paying ta~es.
Section 3. This ordinance i.s hereby and it is declared to be
in ~u~.1 ~orce and ef~ec~ ~rom and after th~.rty days a~ter ~he date
o~ its passage, and be~ore ~he expiration o~ ~i~teen days a~ter its
passage, ~his ordinance shal~. be published once wzth the names o~
the members o~ the Board o~ St~pervisors voti.ng ~or and against it
