The Board of 5upervisors of the County of Butta, S~.ate of Cal.i~rornia,

Supe~~isors vating for and against it in the Chi.co Enterprise Itecord, a newspaper
pub~ished in the County o~ ~ut#.e, Sta~.e of California.
