AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORD~NANCE N0. 2530
The Board of Supervisors of ~he County o~ Butte, S~ate
o~ Ca~a.~ornia, DO ~RDAIN, as fol~.ows:
Section 1. That 4rdinance No. 2530 adopted by ~he Board
o~ Supervisors o~ the County o~ Butte, State of Califor~a~.a, on
June 17, 1986 , is h~reby ~epealed.
Sectz.on 2. This Ord~.~.ance is hereby ar~.d i.t is declared to
be in fu~2 ~orce and e~~ect ~rom and af~er thirtp (30) days a~ter
the date o~ ~~s passage, and before the expi.ration o~ ~i~teen {15}
days a~ter ~.ts passage, this Oxdinance shall be published once with
th~ names o~ the members of the Boax~d o~ Supervisors votzng for and
against i.t ~n the Chi co ~nterpri se Recflrd , a newspaper
published in the Coun~y o~ Butte, State o~ Cali~ornia.
