The Board of Superva.sors of the Coun#.y o~ Butte, State o~r Califoxnia,
under and pursuant to Chapter `14-29 ofi the Butte County Cade of said County, DO
ORBAIN, as fol~.ows:
SECT~ON 1. Section 2~-195 of the Butte County Code is hereby amended
to read as ~ollows:
§24-195 "Ci" lUnc~assified} Zone
(A) P~rpose and Intent ~
A1.~. the t~nincorporated area of the County of~ Butte not otherwise zoned
by ordinance by ~.he Board of Supervisors i.s hereby zoned as a tT (Unclassified}
distriGt, and such dis~.rict is defined and sub~ect to the regul.ations contained in.
Sect~on 24-33 of t~is Chapter.
(B) Permitted ifses:
The followin.g are the princapal permitted ~ses in tine U Zane:
(~} Single-€amil.y dwe~ling per parcel and accessory buil.di.ngs.
(2) Ag~icultural uses and bui~dings.
(C ) Cond.itiona]. ~3ses :
The follow~.ng are condi.tional uses in a i3 Zone:
(1} Multipl.e-family dwall.ings, including duplexes, subject to the
~densit,v specifi.ed by the General Plan; second dwel~ing unit al~owed with no size
restriction.
~2) Commercial. ~ses o~r land or buildings.
(3} R~creational. vahicle parks.
(4j Campsites.
(5) Public or quasi-public uses including schools, churches, public
buildings and public utility build~.ngs.
(6) Junkyards, secondhand stores, auto wrecking yards, used car:lots,

(7} Commercial disti~.lation, of bones, abattairs, auctian yards,
commercial livestock ~eed yards, conunercial millings, canneries, lumber and
~.eamber processing, tanneri~es, fat rendering, ~a~bage-fed cammercial hog raising,
food an.d agricul~u~e product pxocessing plants.
($) Country clubs, golf caurses, racatracks, drive-ins, ball parks,
riding academies, bowling alleys, comme~tzal amusement enterpr~ses, tavarns,
dance hal.ls and other pl.aces of rec~eation of a similar cha~racter.
(9) Kennels and sma~Y animal hospitals and crematories.
(i0) Trailer courts, construction labor camps.
(lI} Commercial airports (~xcepting individual or private aixports
and those operated exclusively' for agricuitural purposes).
