DQ O~DATN, as follows:
Sectfo~ l that Section No. 26 of Ordinance No. 2252 of the County of But~e
entitled DISTRICT A~TORN~Y & PUBLIC A~MINrSTRA~OR 320-001 ~s ~ereby amended
by deleting therefrom the fo1lowing:

the Cour~ty of Butte, 5~ate of Cai~fart~ia.
