ORDAIN as follows:

Butte, State of California, sha1.1 be and it is hereby zoned as an M-2 (Heavy
Industrial) Distric~, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
rastricted uses and regulations pursuant to Bufi.te County Code Section 24-117.
