AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY C4DE
SECT~ON 20-10
The Board o~ Supervisars of the County o~ Butte, Stat~
o~ Cali~ornia, DO ORDAIN, as fol].ows:
Section 1. That Secta.on 20-~10 0~ the Bu~t~ County Code
is hereby amended to read as ~ollows:
Section 20-10. Adv~.sory Agency.
"Advisory Agency" ~eans the But~e County
Subd~visiox~ Review Comm~.~tee charged with the duty a~ making
investi.gations and repor~s on the design and improvemen~ o~
praposed divisxons o~ real proper~y, the imposing of requiremen~s
or conditi.ons therean, ar having the authori~y under this chap~er
to approve, conditi.ona~ly approve or disapprove maps, a.nc~uda.ng
reversians to acreage by Parcel. Map, excepta.ng ~hat in the even~
af su.bdiv~sion o~ property pursuant ~a Government Code Chapter
6.7, Article 2, Section 51119.5, Divxsion of and Zoned as
Tirnberland Produc~ion in~o parcels o~ less than 160 acres, then
in that event the Board o~ Supervisors i.s the Advisory Agency
having the authori.ty under thi.s chapter to, with a four-~i~th
vo~e, approve, candit~.onal.l.y approve or disapprove maps,
inc~.uding reversions to acreage bp parceX map.
Notwithstand~ng any of ~he above, when a tentative
map is submi~ted in con~unct~on w~.~h a Planned Un.it ~eve~.opment,
the baard o~ supervisors sha11 act as ~he advisory agency ~ar
purposes of ac~ion on ~he ten~ative map.

Whenever tha board of supervisors acts as ~he
advisory agency, sections 20-66 and 20-106 0~ chapter 24 0~ the
Butte Coun~y Cade shall be inapplicable. (4rd.No. 1757, 9-2~-76;
Ord.No. I860 § 2, 8-30-77; Ord.No. 2376, 10-18-83; Ord.No 2399, §
1, 4-10-8~).
Sectiom 2. This ~rdinance shall be and it ~s hereby
d~c~ared ta be in full force and ef~ec~ from and a~ter th~rty
(30) daps a~ter the date o~ its passage, and befar~ the
expiratxon o~ f~~teen (15} days a~ter its passage, this Ordinance
shal~ be published once with the names o~ the members o~ the
Board of Supervisors vo~ing ~or and against it in the En~erpr~se
Record , a newspaper published ~n the Coun~y o~
Butte, Sta~e of California.

Gou~ty of Butte, State of Califor~ia, on the ~~~~ daq of
