ORDAIN as ~ollows:
SECT~O~T 1. The hereinafter described area situate in tha County o~
Butte, State of Cali~arnia, sha11 bs and it is he~Eby zoned as a'I`M-20 (Timbex
Moun.tain -20 ac~e parcels) Distric~, and such area shall. be st~bject to the
restrictions and res~ricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code
Section 24-~,80.
Said axea so zoned being located in the unincorporated axea of flut~e
