under and pursuan~. to Chapter 24-29 of the $utte County Cade of said Coun,ty, DO
ORDAIN, as follows:
S~CTSOI~ l. The hereinafter descri.bed area situate in the County of
Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an FR-2 (Foothil~
Recxeata.onal - 2 acre parce~} District, a~d such area shall be subject to the
restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuan~ to Butte County Code
Section 24-I12.
Said area so zoned being loCat~d in the unincorporated area of Butte
ICounty, O~oville, more parta.cu~arly described as follows:
