AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY CODE
SECTION 24~-69 AND 20-147
The Board o~ Superv~sors o~ the Coun~y of Butte, State
of Californ~a, DO ORDA~N, as ~ol].ows:
Section 1. That Section 20-69 0~ ~he Butte County Code
is hereby amended to add ~he ~ollowing subsecti.on:
Section 2Q-69. Fina~ Map

application con~arming ~o the pravisians of the Subdivision Map
Act and o~ this chapter.
Only such additional in~orma~ion, conditions of
approva~ or comments which a~~ect record title interest sha~1 be
p~aced on t~e parcel map. Any additional in~orma~ion, condi~ions
of apprava~ ox commen~s, which do not a~~ect record tit~e
~n~erest, shall be ~n ~he form o~ a separa~e document or an
additionaZ map sheet which shall indicate ~ts r~la~ionship to th~
parcel map and sha~l con~ain a statemen~ that the additionaZ
i~~ormat~on, cond~t~ons o~ approva~ or camments is ~or
in~ormatio~al purposes only and is no~ inte~ded to a~~ect record
title interest. Additional in~axma~ion may include but is no~
lim~ted to: b~ilding setback lines, ~lood hazard zones, seismic
Zines a~d se~backs, leach f~e~d ~r~E areas and usable sewage

Sec~ion 3. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
dec~ared to be in ~n11 ~orce and ef~ect ~rom and after thirty
(30) days a~ter ~he dat~ o~ its passage, and before the
expiration of fi~teen (~5) days after its passage, this Ordznance
sha1~ be pub~~shed once with the names of the members of the
Board of Supervisors voting ~or and against it in the
Ch.~ico ~n~erp]^ise f~ecol^d , a newspaper pubXished in ~h~ County o~
Butte, Sta~e o~ Ca].i~ornia.
