I ORDAII~, as faJ.~.aws :
SECTION 1. The hereina~ter desc~i.b~d area situate in tha County of Butte,
State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an AR-MH--1 (Agricultural
Residentia:l. Mobil.e Home - 1 ac~e parcels) Dis~rict, and se~ch area shal~. be subjeci
to the restric~ions and rastricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Caunty
Code Section 24-94.
Said area so zoned being ~acated in the unincarporated area of Butte
~County, sot~th of Paradise, mora particularly clescribed as follows:
A.1~. that certain real. property situate in the Counfiy of Butte,
State of Ca~ifornia described as follaras:
A porta.on ~f ~.h~ SW ~/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec~.in 30, T221~ R4E

Beginning at the SW co~ner of said 5ect~an 30, thence along the W
