CHA.P'~ER 24-29
`~he Board of Supervisv~s of the Coun~.y of Butte, Sta~.~ af Ca~ifornia,
under and pursuant to Ghapter 24-29 of the Butte Caunty Goda of said County, Da
ORDAIN, as foll.ows:
SECTIOI3 1.. The hereinafter described area situate in thE Coun~.y of Butte
State of California, shall be and it is heraby zoned as an R-1 (Residantia~)
District, and such area shall be subject to the restractions and restricted uses
and regula~.ions pursuant ~.o ~utte County Code Section 24-130 through 24-130.4.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorpara~.ed area of Bu~te_
County, Oroville, more particularZy desc~ibed as follows:
All ~hat certain proparty situata in the County of ~utte, Stata o~

particularly described as fol~.ows:
