Aft~r conclusion o~ the investigation, the Heal~h Depart~ent sha1~ prepare a written order gxanting o~ denying the variance, and shal~ include in such written order specific find~ngs of fact and reasons far its gran~ing or denia~. 2. I~ the written arder should deny ~he appl~ca~ion for var~an~e, the applicant may f~~e an appeal to the State Regional Water Quali~y Con~ro~ Board within ten (10) days a~ter den~al. S~ch decision by ~he S~ate Regiona~ Water Quality Contral Board sha11 be ~ina~. SECTTON 2. Th~s Ordinance shall b~ and i~ is he~eby declared to be in ful~ €orce and e£~ec~ from and after thirty (30? days after the date of its passage, and be~ore ~he expiration of €ift~en (15) days a~ter its passage, ~h~s Ordi~ance sha11 be p~blished once W1~h the names o~ the members af the Board of Superv~sors vo~ing for and against it in the Paradise Post • ~ ~~W~P~P~r published in the County n~ Butte, S~ate a~ Ca~.ifornia.
