The Board of Superva.s~rs of the County of Butte, S~.a~e
of Cal~.~o~n~.a, under and pursuant ~to Chapter 24-29 af the Butte
County Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follaws:
SECTZON 1. The hereina~ter described areas situate in
th~ County of Butte, Sta~e of Cal.ifornia, shall be and a~e hereby
zoned as a P--Q (Pub,~a.c, Quasi--Public} Dzstrict~ and such areas
shall b~ subject to the ~es~trictaons and restricted uses and
~egulations pursua~~ to But~e Caunty Code Sec. 24-12$.
Said areas ~o zoned be:ing located in the un.incorporated
ar~a o~ Butte County, noxth of Gridley and southeast of Ch~.ca, more
particularly described as ~o~~ows:
