SECTION 3., Th~ hereinafter described area situate in the~
Caunty o~ But~e, State o~ Califarnia, sha1.~. be and ~.t is hereby
zoned as a R-1 (Residential) Dis-trict, and such area shall be
subject to th~ restxictions and res~.ricted uses and regulations
pu~suant to Bu~tte Caunty Code Sec. 24-13Q through 24-130.4.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area o~ Butte County, Chico, m~re particu~.arl.y described as fo~.lows~
