The Boa~d o~ Supervisors o~ the Co~nty of Butte, State
o~ Ca~ifornia, under and pursuant to Chapte~ 24-29 af the Butte
County Code o~ said Caunty DO ORDAIN as fo~.I.ows:
SECTTON 1. The hereinatte~ described area s~.tuate in
the County of Bu~te, State o~ Cal.ifornia, shall be and it is
he~eby zoned as a RT-3. (Ma.nimum Density Residential-Mob~.~.e Home)
District, and such area shal~. be subject to ~he restrictions and
restric~ed uses and regulations pursua~~ to Butte County Code
Sec. 24-~50.
