The Boa~d of Supervisors o~ the County o~ But~e, State
of Califo~n~.a, under and pursuant to Chapter 2~4-29 of the Butte
County Code of said County DO ORDAZN as fo~~ows:
SECTZON l, Th~ hereinafter described area sa.tuate in
the County of Butt~:, State o~ California, shall. be and it is
her~by zoned as a C-2 {General Comm~~cial) District, and such
area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and
regu~.ation,~ purs~ant to Bu~-~e County Code Sec . 24-1.05 .
Said a~ea so zoned being ~ocatEd in the unincorporated
area of But~.e Caunty, Thermalito, more particularly described as
follows:
The southerly 250 f~et of the eas~erly 210 ~ee~ of
Lot 6 as shown on that ce~tain map entit].ed °Map
of Thermalito, Butte County, Ca1.i~o~n.ia, Wal~. Map
No. 6" which map was recorded in the offa.ce of the
Recorde~ of -~he County of Butte, State of California,
~Tune 8, 1887.
Containing 1.2 acres more or less, Thermalito.

Register, a ne~aspaper published in ~he County of But~e, State of
California.
