AN ORDTNANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY CODE
The Board o~ Supervisors o~ the County o~ Butte, S~ate
of Cali~ornia, DO ORDAZN, as ~ollows:
Section ~. That S~ct~on ~.4-22 0~ the Butte County Code
is h~reby amended to add the ~olloa~ing paragraph:
(4) The Sherif~ wiZl levy a$25.QQ servi.ce fee ~or
processzng o~ a parade permi~.
