AN ORD~NANCE SUPERSEDING THE RESOLUTIONS
k'ZXING SUPER~OR GOURT F~LING FEES
The Baa~d af Supe~vasoxs o£ the County o£ Butte ordaa.ns
as ~allows:
Section l: The County C1erk sha11 charge a f~e of
Fi~teen Do~.J.ars ($15.Q~) in addition to the total fee fixed
by Government Code §26820.4, §26826, §25527, §72QS5, and §72056,
£ox the following filings in each civil action or proceeding:
(a} The first paper and papers transmitted ~rom
another caurt,.as speci~zed ~n ~overnment Code §26$20,4 and
§72055.
(b) The first papex on~behalf af an adverse party,
as specified in Government Code §26$25 and §72~56.
(c) A petition or other paper in a probate, guardian-
ship, or consexvatarship ma~ter as specified a.n Government
Code §26827:

E~cept as otherwise speci£ied bylaw, a11 ~ees collected
