Butte, State of Cal~.fornia, shall be and it is herebq zoned as an FR-2Q (Foothill
Recreationai W 20 acre pa~cel) District, and such area shall. be sub,~ect to t~e
restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant ta Butte County Code
Section 24-112.3.
