5TA`~E OF CALIFORNZA, AN FR-10 (FOO~H~LL REC~EATFONAL)
DISTRICT, PURSUAN~ TO CRAPTER 24-29.
The Board af Supervi.sors of the Coun~.y of Butte, State of California,
und~r and pursuant to Ghapter 24-?9 0~ the B~tte County Code of said County, DO
ORDAIN, as follows:
SECTTON 1. '~he Y:e.:eina~ter ~escribed ar~a situate in the County of
Butte, State of California, sha11 he and it is hereby zoned as an FR-10 (Faothil:
Recreationa~.) District, and such area sha~l be subject to the res~.~ictions and
restricted uses and xegu~ations p~rsuant to Butte Caun~.y' Code Section 24-1~2.2.
Said area so zoned being iocated in ~he unincorporated area of Butte
County, Oroville, more particularly' described as fol.lows:
All of Lot 4 of that Parcel Map of record in Map Book 89 on
Pages 21, 22, and 23 on file i.n the office o~ the Butte
County' ~ecorder.
Cantaining 39.28 acres, more o~ Iess, east of Or~ville.
SECTION 2. This Ozdinance shall be and it is hareby declared to be 9.n
full force and effect from and after thirty {30} days after the date o~ its
passage, and before the expiration of fif~een (15) days afte~r its passage, this
Ordinance shall be published OX1CE with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors y,oting for and against i.t in the Orovil~.e Mercury, a newspaper
puhlished in the Coun~.y of $utte, State af Califarnia.
