The Board of Supervisors of th~ Co~nty of Butte, State of Ca~i~ornia,
does ordain as follows:
5ectian 1: Said Board finds and de~ermines that upon the basas af an
eng~neering and tra~~~c survey, the Butte Coun~~ nighways here~nafter described
come within the provisions of Section 22358 of the Vehicle Code of ~he State
o~ California, in ~hat a speed ~imit of fiftiy-f~ve (55) miles per hour is more
tha~ is ~easanable and sa~e an said highways and de~ermines and declares a
pr~ma facie speed l~mit on suc~ Butte Countq highways as fa~~ows:
That a,prima facie speed limit af thirty-five (35) miles per hour is
hereby determined, declared and established and that SPEED LIMIT 35 M~LES
signs be placed at approp~~ate locations on the hereina~~er-describ~d County
highway to wit:
PA~~RMQ-HONCUT HIGHWAY FROM LdW~R HONCUT ROAD TO 0.6 MIL~S NORTI~.
