2he Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, 5tate of Ca].ifornia,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said Coun~.y, BO
ORDAIN, as fol~aws:
SECTIO~i 1. The hereina~ter descr~bed axea situate in the County of
Butte, State of Califo~nia, shall be and it is hereby zaned as an S-R (Suburban
Residential) Dist~ict, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
restric~ad uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Coun~.y' Code 5ection 24-~59.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporatad area of Butta
ICounty, Chico, more particularly described as fol~.ows:
A portion of Lot 2, as shown on that certain m~ap entit~ed "Map
o~ the Third Subdivision of the John Sidwel.l Rancho, near
Chzco, Bu~.te ~ot~nty, Cali~ornia," whi.ch map was filed in the
offa.ce of the Recarder of the County of Butte, State of Calif~ornia,
September 17, 1900, in Sook S of Maps, at ~age 8, particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly ].i.ne of said Lo~. 2,
distant thereon, S 52° 29' 00" W, ~.65.0 ft. from th~ most

passage, an.d before the expiratian of fi~teen (15) days afte~ its passage, this
Ordinance sha11. be p~blished once with the names of the members of the Board
o~ Supervisors voting ~oX and against it in the Chico Enterprz.se Recard, a
newspaper pub~ished in the Coun~.y of Butte, State of Ca].ifornia.
