The Board o~ Supervisors of the County af Sutte, Sfiate of Cal.ifornaa,
under arid pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of~ the Butte County Code o~ said County, DO
ORDAIN, as fol.lows:
SEC'~~ON I. The hereina~rter described area situated in the Co~nty of
Butte, State of Californaa, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an SR-1 {5uburban
Residentia~ - 1 acre ~arcels) District, and such area shall be subject to the
res~.ri,ctions and ~astricted uses and regulations pursuant ta Butte Coun~.y Code
5ection 24-162.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorpazatad a~ea of Butte
County, Durham, mor~ particularly dascribed as ~oi1o~~:
