'T°'he Board of Sv.pervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Ca].i.~ornia, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the $utta County Code o~
said County, DO OR~IATN, as follows.
SEC~IOI~ 1. '~`he hereinafter described axea situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, shall be and i.t is hereby zoned as an R-P
(Residential-Professi.onal) Dist~ict, and such area shall be subject tq ~he
restrictians an~ restricted uses and regulations pursuan~ to Butte County
Code Sect~on 24-~49.5.
Said area so zoned being 14cated in the unincorporatec~ area a~
Butte County, Chico, more particular~y descxibed as follows:
Lots 37, 44, and 45 of the Bidwell 15th Subdivision ger that map
of record in Map Book 6 on Page 4$, on file in the office of the
B~tta Caunty Recorder, excepting t~erefrom that portion located
within the Citv o~r Chico.
Lots 14, 25, 32, 33, 3~, and 38 of the Bidwel.I 18th Subdivisian
per that map of record a.n Map Book 7 an ~age 26, on fi~e ~n the
o~rfzce of the Butte County Recorder, excepting ~h~re~rom that

ba in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date
,of its passage, and be~nre t~te expiration o~ fifteen (15) days after its
'~ passage, this Ordinance shall b~ published once with the names af the
mn,.mbers of the Board of Super~isors vo-ting for and against it in the
Orovil.le hfercury, a newspaper published in the County of Bu~.te, State of
Califarnia.
