3 ORDAIN, as ~ollows:

5 Butte, 5ta~e of California, shall be and it is hereby 2oned as an FR-3 (Foothill
g Reereational_- 3 acre_parcels)_Aistrict, and such area shall b~ subject to the
7 restricti.ons and restra.cted uses and zegu~atians p~rsuant to Butte County Code
g SEction 24-1~.2.05.
