CHAPTER 24-29.

Californza, under and pursuant to Chapter 2~-Z9 of the Butte County Code of
said County, ]l0 ORDAIN, as follows:
SEC~ION X. The hereinaftar descxibed area situate in. tY~e County
of ~utte, 5tate of Ga].a~arnia, shail. be and it is hereby zoned as an FR-5
t~'oo-thill Recr~ational - 5 acre parcels) District, and. such area sha11 be
subject to the restri,ctions and restricted uses and regulatians puxsuant to
Butte Courzty Coda Section 24-112.1.
Said area so zoned being loca~ed in the unincorparated area o~
But~.e County, Chico, more particularly descrihed as follows:

passage, this Ordinance shall ba published. once with the names of the
members af the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico
En~.erprise Record, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
Califarnia.
