I~ SECTION 1. Tha hereinafter dascribed axea situate in the Caunty o~
5 Butte, State o~r California, shall be and it is hereby zonad as an A-20 (Agri-
g cultuza~ - 20 ac~e parcels) District, and such area sha1~ b subjec~ to the
7 restrictians and res~rictad uses and regulations pursuant to ~utte County Code
g Section 24-78.

SECTXbN 2. This Ordinance sha11 be and ~t is herebq declared to be in
fu~l force and effect from and a~ter thixty (30) days after the date of its
passage, and before the expiration af fifteen (~5) days aftex its passage,
this Ordinance shall be published once with the names o~ the members of the
Boaxd of S~pervisors voting for and agains~ it in the Orovi~le Mercury, a
newspaper published in the Caunty o~ ~utte, State o~ California.
