CALIFORNIA, PURSUANT TQ CHAPTER 24-29.
~ The Soard af Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Chap~e~ 24-29 of the Bu~te County Code of
~ said Caunty, DO ORAATN, as follows:
~ SEC'~ION 1. ~he herainafter described area sa.tuate in the Caunty
~ of But~.e, State o~' Califarnia, shall ~e and it is hereby zoned as an FR-5
~ (~'oothill Recxeational - 5 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be
7 subjec~ to tize res~.zictions and ~estricted uses and regulations pursuant ~o

SECTION 5. '~his Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
be in ft~ll fnrce and e~fect from and afct~r thirty (30) days after the date
of its passage, and befare the exgiration ofr ~ifteen (15) days after ats
passage, this 4rdinance shall ~e published once with the names af ~he
members of the Board of Supezvisors vota.ng for and against it in fihe
Orovil~e Mercury, a newspaper ~ublished in ~h.e County of Bu~.te, State a~
Ca~.ifornia.
