This ord~nance shall take etfect on Octo6er 29 1988 , wh~ch is
beyond thirty (30) days after ~he date o~ its adop~ion; and before t~e
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be published in a
newspaper in the County ~f Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board af Supervisors of ~he County of Butte
this 20th day of Sep~em~er , 1988 by ~he fo~lowing
