AN ORDINANCE ADDZNG CHAPTER 43, ART~CLE T,
SECTION 43-1 TO THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
ESTABLISH~NG FEES F4R SERVICES RENDERED BY
THE PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT
The Board of Supervisors of the Ca~.n~y o~ Butte, State of
Cal~.fornia, DO ORDAIN, as ~ollows:
Section 1. That Chapter ~3, Artic~.e T, Section 43-1 is
hereby added to the Butte County Code to read as follows:

ARTICLE T- PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEES
"43-1. Public Health Department Fees
The Butte Caunty Public Heal.th Department is authorized
~~o charge, in addition to any other ~'ees required by the County
of Butte or the State of Ca1.i~ornia, the following fees for
