AN ORDINANCE ADDiNG CHAPTER ~3, ARTTCLE ~I,
SECTION 43-2 TO THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
ESTABLISHTNG FEES FOR SERVICES
RENDERED BY THE PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Califo~'nia, DO ORDA~N, AS FOLLOWS:
Sec~i~on I. Tha~ Chapter 43, Art~cl~ I~, Sectian 43-2 is
hereby added to the Butte County Code to read as follows:

ARTICLE I~ - PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEES
"43-2. Public Heal.th Depar~ment Fees
The Butte County Public Health Department is authorized
to charge, in addition to any o~.h~~ fees required by the County
o~ Butte or the State of Ca1i.~ornia, the fall.owing fees for
