AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER ~43,, ARTICLE I~I,
SECTION 43-3 TO THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR SERVICES
RENDERED BY THE PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT
The Boa~d o~ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Calzfornia, DO ORDASN, as £oilows:
Section 1. That Chapter 43, Article III is hereby added to
the B~~.te County Code to read as follows:
CHAPTER 43
FEES
ARTICLE IX~ -~ PUBI~IC HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEES
"43-3. Pub~.ic Hea1~.h Department Fees
The Su~.te County Publ.ic Health Department is authorized
~o eharge, in addition, to any other fe~s required by the County
o£ But~e or the State o~ Ca.lifornia, the following fees ~or
services they prov~.de:

Section 2. Th~s ardinance shal~ be and i~ is hereby
declared to be in fu~l force and ef~ec~ ~~om and after thir~y
{30) days after the da~e of its passaqe, and be~ore the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance
shall be published once with the names of the mernbers of the
Board of Supervisors voting for and against it is the Enterprise
Record , a newspaper published in th~ County of Butte,
State of Ca7.ifornia.
