must be made within one year of date paid.

Sectio~ 2. This ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in fu11 force and effect ~rom and after ~hirty
{30) days aftar the date of its passage, and befor~ the
expiration of fi£teen (15} days a~ter its passage, this Ordi~ance
shall be pub~ished once with the nan~as of the members of the
Soard of Supervisors voting for and against it in the En~rise
Record , a newspaper puhlished in the Caunty o~ Butte,
State o~ Ca~ifarnia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board o£ Superv~sors of the
County of But~e, State o~ Cali~ornia, on the 20th day
