AN ORDINANCE ADDSNG CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE V,
SECTTON 43-5 TO TE~E BUTTE COUNTY CODE
ESTABLSSHING FEES FOR SERVICES RENDERED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT
The Board af Supervisors o~ the Coun.ty o~ Sutte, S~.ate of
Califo~nia, DO ORDA~N, as ~ollows:
Section ~.. That Chapter ~43, Article V, Sec~ion 43-5 is
hereby added to the Butte County Code to read as follows:
CHAPTER 43
FEES
ARTICLE V- H~ALTH D~PARTMENT FEES
"43-5 Health Department Fees
The Sutte County Health Department as author~aed to
charge, in addition to any other fees required by the County of
Butt~ or the State of Ca~.i~arn,a.a, the ~ollowing fees for services
they provide to the Town o~ Paradise:
LAND USE {Pre-Application Review)
Use Permi~. (up to 2 hours)
Site P3.an Review (up to 2 hours)
Rezone Application
General Plan Amendment
Variance
Tenative Parcel Map (1 -- ~ lots}

REFUND POLICY
1. Refunds may be ntade for any fee erroneously paid or
collected.
2. Refunds may be made for services not ~endered. A1~ refunds
shall be less departmental costs ie.g. ~~ling fee, plan or site
review, inspection, etc.}.
3. Claims ~or refunds sha~l be by written application, on forms
provided by Bu~te Coun~y, of the person wha paid the £ee and must
be made within one yea~ of date paid.
Section 2. This Ordinance sha11 be and it is hereby
declared ta be in fu11 ~orce and effect ~orm and after thirty
(30) days after ~he date of its passage, and before the
expiratian of fifteen (15) days after its passage~ this Ordinance
shall be published ance with the naanes of the members of the
~ Board of S~pervisors voting for and against it in the Enterpri se
Record , a newspaper published in the County o~ Butt~,
State o~ Cal.ifarnia.
