AN ORD~NANCE AMENDiNG BUTTE COUNTY CODE
The Board a~ Sup~rvisors of the County of Butte, State
of Ca~zfornia, DO ORDAIN, as foZlows:
Sec~ion ~. That Section 18A-11 of the Butte Coux~.ty
Code is hereby amended to read as folZows:
"Z8A-11. F~es
Each appi~.cation shall be a:ccompani~d by the ~~es
prescribed by ordinance of the Board of SLlP@~V150r5. Na PubZic
Heal.th Pe~nit shall be garanted or renewed unless the applzcant
pays said fees. Sa~.d ~e~s shall in no even~ exceed the actual
cost ~.o the Coun~.y to conduct the services req~ired to satisfy
the requirements of this Chapter for issuance of PubZic Heal~h
Permits.
Section 2. That Section 18A-~.4 of the Butte County
Code is hereby am~nded to read as fallows:
"3.8A-I4. La~.e Renewa~. Perzalty
~~ the renewal ~Ee a.s not paid prior to January 31, in
addition to such fee, the applicant sha11 pay a iat~ charge equal
.to ten persent (10~) o~ the fee, if the fe~ and the late charge
are paid prior to February 28. Fees pai.d af~e~ February 28 shall
pay a late charge equal ~o fifty percent (50~) of the renewal fee
in addition to ~he renewal ~ee.

e~piration of fifteen (~5) days a~ter its passage, ~his ~rd~nance
shall be published once with ~he names of the members ot the
Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Enterprise
Record , a newspaper publ~shed in the County of
Butte, State of California.

County of Butte, State of California, on the 2p~ day of
