AN ORDTNANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY CODE
The Baard o~ Supervisors of the Caun.ty of Butte, State
o~ California, DO ~RDAIN, as ~o].~ows:
Section 1. That Section I9-6 of the Butte County Code
is hereby a~nended to read as ~ollows:
Section I9-6. Sama-Fe~s. Each applicatian for a
permit required by section 19-5 sha].1 be accompan~ed by the fee
jp~escribed by ordinance o~ the Baard of Supervisor~ at the time
af app~.ication for each perm~t.
if the foundation of any bui3.ding is laid or any
building struct~re is erected or i~ construction of any auxi.l~ary
sewage disposal systean for an exis~.ing building sha1~ be b~gun
p~ior to obtaining the req~zired permit, the permit £ee above
speci~ied sha11 be do~zbled, but shalI. not relieve any person f~oFn
fully comp~ying with the requirements of this chapter nor fram
any oth~r penalties prescribed herein.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be and a.t is hereby
declared to be in full. fo~ce and e~fect from and after thirty
(30) days after ~the date of its passage, and before the
expiration of fifteen (1~) days after its passage, this Ordinance
sha11 be published once with the names o~ fhe memb~rs of th~
Board of Supervisors voting for and against it i.n the Enterprise
Record , a ra.ewspaper published in the County o~
Butte, State o~ California.
