AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY CODE
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of Ca1i£arnia, DO ORDAiN, as fo}.lows:
Sec~ion 1. That Sect~on 37-14 of the B~~te County
Code is hereby amended to read as fallows:
Section 37-14. Fees. Each applica~ion shall be
accampanied by the fee prescribed by ordinance of ~he Board of
Supervisors. No permit shall. be granted or renewed unless the
applicant pays said fees. The total ~ee shal~ include a State
suraharge, the arnount of ~rhich sha11 be determin~d l~y ~he
Legislature annua~.ly, to cover the casts of the State Water
R~SOl1~C~5 Control Board in. car~ying out its responsibilities
und~r Chapter 6.7 of the Hea~.th and Safety Cade.
Section 2. Th~.s Ord~.nance sha~~. be and it is hereby
decl.ared to be in full force and e~fect from and after thir~y
(30) days after the date of its passage, and be~ore the
expiration o~ fi~teen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance
shal.l be published once with the names of th~ members of the
. Board of Superv~sors voting ~or and against .it in the ~nterprise
Record ~ a newspaper ptzb~.ished in the County of
Butte, State o~ California.
